No air conditioning for a property claiming a high price range, insufficient amount of shower gel. But very large bed, clean and pleasant accommodation. The jacuzzi is very pleasant.

A very nice place with convenient parking by the building. I liked everything — the room's romantic atmosphere and style. My wife and I had a great time and will definitely come back again.
My partner and I had an excellent stay! The apartment is beautiful, tastefully decorated and very well laid out. You feel at home right away. The check-in instructions were very clear, which made getting in simple and stress-free. The location is ideal too: the town centre is within walking distance, and it's very easy to park right in front of the building. The real highlight is the jacuzzi and the projector, which create a very relaxing atmosphere and let you truly switch off from everyday life. It's the perfect spot for a timeless little weekend for two. We recommend this place without hesitation and will happily come back! 🌸

How many people can stay in the suite?
The Balnéo Room is designed exclusively for two people.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out before 10:00 AM.
Where can I park?
Free right outside the building from 6 PM to 9 AM, Saturday afternoons and all day Sunday. The surrounding streets are free at all times.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets aren't allowed regardless of size. Only guide and service dogs are welcome. Please let us know before you arrive so we can prepare accordingly.
Are there any specific house rules?
The suite is for two people maximum, non-smokers, no parties or pets, with moderate volume after 10 PM. No cameras inside the flat — only the building's entrance hall has one, for everyone's security.
How often can we use the balneo bath?
Once a day: the hot water tank needs a few hours to recharge. Plan on 15 to 20 minutes per bath.
Is there a cinema screen too?
Yes. Alongside the Ambilight screen (Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video): a large-format projector, a motorised screen and a starlit ceiling, with Disney+, Prime Video, Free TV and Free Ciné (Netflix stays on the Ambilight).
What kitchen equipment is available?
Induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso and full dishware — no oven or dishwasher.
Is the property secure?
Yes. The building has fire doors and a camera in the common areas. The suite also has a smoke detector and a fire extinguisher for your safety. You'll also find emergency numbers in the welcome guide.
Where to eat and what to do around Tarbes?
The town centre has several good restaurants a few minutes' walk away (L'Empreinte, Popote, L'Arpège...). For a day out, consider the Pic du Midi, Lourdes, Cauterets or the Petit Train d'Artouste, all under an hour away.

What's the difference from the Ciné Room?
The Balnéo Room is built around private hydrotherapy: a private jacuzzi and Mykonos-inspired décor, with a screen and streaming as a bonus. The Ciné Room, on the other hand, is designed as a genuine private cinema (4K projector, Dolby Atmos sound, red-carpet ambience), with no jacuzzi.
