Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out before 10:00 AM.
Where can I park?
Free right outside the building from 6 PM to 9 AM, Saturday afternoons and all day Sunday. The surrounding streets are free at all times.
Is the suite truly private, away from prying eyes?
Yes. The suite is reserved exclusively for you, with no direct neighbours or shared areas to cross. No cameras inside — only the building's entrance hall has one, for everyone's security, and it never films your space.
Are there any specific house rules?
The suite is for two people maximum, non-smokers, no parties or pets, with moderate volume after 10 PM. No cameras inside the flat — only the building's entrance hall has one, for everyone's security.
What cinema equipment is provided?
4K projector, Dolby Atmos sound and a starlit ceiling for a real screening-room feel. Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, Free TV and Free Ciné are already signed in, nothing to enter.
What kitchen equipment is available?
Induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso and full dishware — no oven, dishwasher or toaster.
Can I arrange a surprise for a special occasion?
Of course. Birthday, private premiere, personalised message: contact us before your stay so we can plan the special touches together.
Where to eat and what to do around Tarbes?
The town centre has several good restaurants a few minutes' walk away (L'Empreinte, Popote, L'Arpège...). For a day out, consider the Pic du Midi, Lourdes, Cauterets or the Petit Train d'Artouste, all under an hour away.
What's the difference from the Balnéo Room?
The Ciné Room is designed as a genuine private cinema: 4K projector, Dolby Atmos sound and red-carpet ambience, with no jacuzzi. The Balnéo Room, on the other hand, is built around private hydrotherapy (private jacuzzi, Mykonos-inspired décor), with a screen and streaming as a bonus.
